Avocado Egg Salad Wraps

I saw a wonderful Recipe on Pinterest for Avocado Egg Salad, and I wanted to make my own version of it for our Sunday Lunch and here's what I came up with!!!

What you will need:
                                                                    

Whole Grain Flat-bread tortilla's or your favorite Tortilla brand
1 Large Avocado (Chopped into small chunks)
4 Hard Boiled eggs (Tip: place eggs in pot of water, bring to a boil, turn off the water and let cool down. easy fast way to cook the eggs. I let the water boil for a few minutes.)
2 tbls of Mayo or Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tsp of Curry, or if you want a different flavor, Ranch seasoning.
Chopped Sweet pickles
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Chill in the fridge for half hour if preferred.


Spread desired amount on the Wrap, wrap the mixture, and serve!!! Yum!! You will have happy tummy's and its a super simple fresh meal!! Serve with a side of Fruit, and some fresh carrots.
